Where we operate

Sectors

Sectors where Mexico and Saudi Arabia have real industrial logic to build together.

Scroll the rail

  • Fuselage section in an assembly jig at a Mexican aerospace plant.

    01

    Aerospace & aviation

    Friction

Approvals travel with the airframe programme, not the country.

    Entry route

MRO and sub-assembly work packages before full-rate production.

  • Precast concrete viaduct segments, formwork and scaffolding on an arid large-scale infrastructure construction site

    02

    Construction & materials

    Friction

Product certification and local-content thresholds decide who gets specified.

    Entry route

Certification path, then in-Kingdom distribution or licensed production.

  • Robotic welding arms working on a body-in-white car shell along an automotive assembly line

    03

    Automotive & mobility

    Friction

Tier-1 qualification cycles are long and buyer-led.

    Entry route

Component-level qualification with an anchor assembler or industrial group.

  • Crushing plant and conveyor galleries feeding ore stockpiles at an open-pit mineral operation in dry rocky terrain

    04

    Mining & minerals

    Friction

Geological wealth is not an addressable market; concessions and processing capacity are.

    Entry route

Service, equipment and processing know-how against active concessions.

  • Stainless steel process vessels in a Saudi pharmaceutical plant.

    05

    Pharmaceuticals

    Friction

Registration and GMP inspection timelines dominate the entry cost.

    Entry route

Dossier strategy with a registered local marketing-authorisation holder.

  • Pallets loaded into a refrigerated container at a Mexican export packhouse.

    06

    Agrifood & beverages

    Friction

Halal certification, shelf-life and cold-chain routing gate the category.

    Entry route

Importer-distributor selection plus certification and freight design.

  • Unlabelled glass jars and aluminium bottles moving along a stainless steel personal-care filling line

    07

    Cosmetics & personal care

    Friction

Brand entry is retail-shelf led, not export led.

    Entry route

Retail and e-commerce placement with a local brand operator.

  • Industrial weaving loom producing neutral woven fabric in a textile mill

    08

    Fashion & textiles

    Friction

Small first orders rarely justify a dedicated logistics lane.

    Entry route

Consolidated freight plus a single anchor wholesale account.

The solid line is recorded bilateral evidence. The dashed line is a Saudí–MÉX model of the same series under stated assumptions. A model is not a forecast.

Time-sensitive tracking

What is open right now.

Time-sensitive items only. Each entry carries the date it was last checked.

  1. Oct · 2026

    USMCA joint review

The fourth US–Mexico round slipped from September to October with no date set, and the US issue list has grown to nearly 90 items. The agreement stays in force under annual reviews to 2036. Rules of origin remain the open file for any entry that uses a Mexican manufacturing base.

  2. Current

    Saudi localisation requirements

In September the Local Content Authority added 81 products to the mandatory national list, including 10 construction and 19 pharmaceutical items. Entry design must be checked against the current list, not last year's.

  3. Jan · 2027

    New Saudi procurement law

Published on 4 September 2026 and effective 2 January 2027. It builds local-content evaluation directly into government procurement planning and scoring. Mexican suppliers bidding into Saudi projects should plan for local content to weigh more, not less.

  4. 2026

    Plan México

153 projects worth about US$1.0B have been cleared for Plan México tax incentives, and six development hubs report about US$17.4B in committed investment (announced, not spent). Track which sectors carry instruments, not headlines.

How an engagement runs

From market read to execution.

Saudí–MÉX moves from intelligence to partner identification to market-entry design to execution support — so plans become performance.

  1. 012–3 WEEKS

    Market read

Define the opportunity with data, demand drivers and policy context.

  2. 024–8 WEEKS

    Partner search

Identify and qualify the right partners, suppliers and stakeholders.

  3. 036–12 WEEKS

    Entry design

Structure the market-entry plan, commercial model and risk mitigation.

  4. 04ONGOING

    Execution support

Support execution on the ground while the partnership becomes routine.

Freight and landed cost

The route is the product.

Freight design decides landed cost long before a commercial argument does. We design the lane with the customer, the carrier and the certification in the same view.
